If your dog has mastered Urban Obedience and you’re eager to push their skills further, then Advanced Urban Obedience is the next step in your training journey!
In this 6-week course, we’ll take your dog’s abilities to new heights by working in dynamic, real-world environments that challenge their focus, adaptability, and obedience. Get ready to tackle distractions in exciting new locations, where your dog will need to stay sharp, composed, and engaged.

Here’s the fun part: we’ll even head to a dog-friendly cafe or restaurant where your dog will get to show off their polite manners in public, making you proud every step of the way!

We'll focus on:

Prolonging their stay in various environments

Improving recall even with distractions

Refining leash manners for confident, controlled walks

At the end of the course, your dog will have the opportunity to test for the AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen certification and, if needed, the Canine Good Citizen test as well!

This class is perfect for dogs who are ready to show off their skills in the hustle and bustle of the urban jungle. If your dog hasn’t completed Urban Obedience yet, be sure to request enrollment for approval before signing up.

Class Requirements:

You must provide proof your dog has completed the Urban Obedience course, or be able to demonstrate to the trainer that your dog has the skills needed prior to enrollment.

Dog must be current on DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies.

Class is limited to 2 handlers per dog. Children attending as the second handler must be 12 years of age or older.

You will need to bring a 6ft leash, and treat bag to class.

Dogs with a history of reactivity towards people and/or other dogs may only attend with prior trainer approval.
