Then look no further! In beginning obedience class, we focus on not only training your dog, but teaching you how to effectively communicate with them. We use positive reinforcement training techniques combined with gentle correction/re-direction of unwanted behaviors through the use of body language.  This method of training is full of fun techniques that will give you and your pet a happier life together.

Over the 6-week course, your dog will begin to develop a foundation in:

• Beginning Leash Manners

• Sit

• Down

• Stay

• Come

• Relax in place

          Additionally, we will cover:​

• Politely Greeting strangers

• Teaching impulse control

• How to effectively set up rules and boundaries at home

• How to move past unwanted behaviors

• Jumping Up

Class Requirements:

Current DHPP, Bordetella & Rabies

​

The cost for the 6-week course is $200.​

Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 dogs to ensure you receive the attention and instruction needed for you and your dog to succeed.  This class is ideal for dogs ages 7 months and older.
