A Canine Understanding
Release of Liability

In consideration of services rendered by A Canine Understanding, its trainers and trainers agents; the Client expressly acknowledges and understands that group classes and training services with A Canine Understanding can and may be provided in an environment where certain hazards may exist, including, but not limited to, debris in the training area, other animals and their owners, training equipment, water, and other natural hazards. If the Dog(s) cause(s) property damage, or should they bite or injure any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), OR if the Clients dog should suffer any injuries, trauma, or death the Client agrees to hold harmless and release A Canine Understanding it’s Trainers and Trainer’s agents from all liability from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses.

The Client acknowledges that the Trainer has not represented, promised, guaranteed or warranted that the Dog(s) will never bite, that the Dog(s) will not be dangerous or vicious in the future, that the Dog(s) will not exhibit other behavioral problems, or that the results of the training will last for any particular amount of time. Furthermore; the Client understands that the majority of the outcome in training any particular dog(s) is reliant on the client's commitment, ability to follow direction, and time spent working with the dog(s).

This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client and Trainer
